Shipping & Returns
Nairobi 2–3 days
Orders within Nairobi and surrounding areas are delivered within 2–3 business days. Same-day delivery may be available for select areas — WhatsApp us to check.
Countrywide 3–5 days
We deliver to all counties in Kenya. Orders outside Nairobi typically take 3–5 business days via our courier partners.
Free delivery KSh 5,000+
Orders totalling KSh 5,000 or more qualify for free delivery in Nairobi. Below that, a flat delivery fee applies at checkout based on your location.
Order processing 1 business day
All orders are processed within 1 business day of confirmed payment. You'll receive a confirmation with tracking details once dispatched.
Important: All orders must be paid in full before dispatch. We do not offer cash on delivery. Payment is processed securely via Paystack.
Returns & exchanges
We stand behind every Kadri product. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
For change-of-mind returns, we accept unopened, unused products returned within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging and condition. Return courier costs in this case are the customer's responsibility.
Returns from bundles
You don't have to return a whole bundle. If one product in your bundle arrives damaged, defective or incorrect — or you change your mind about a single unopened item — you can return just that item under the same conditions above. Your refund is that item's individual value as shown on the bundle page. The rest of your ritual is yours to keep using.
Products not eligible for return
- Opened or partially used products (for hygiene reasons)
- Products purchased during a clearance or final sale
- Products returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Products without their original packaging
How to initiate a return

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

- Payment information — payment is processed by Paystack. We do not see, store or handle your card number, M-Pesa PIN or bank details at any point.
- Device and usage data — your browser type, IP address and pages visited, collected automatically when you use our website.
- Communications — any messages you send us via email, WhatsApp or our contact form.
How we use your information

Who we share your information with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the third parties necessary to complete your order:
- Paystack — for payment processing. Their privacy policy is available at paystack.com.
- Courier partners — your name, address and phone number are shared with our delivery partners to fulfil your order.
- Email and SMS providers — to send you order confirmations and updates.
Data retention
We retain your order information for 7 years to comply with Kenyan tax and business record requirements. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to this legal retention obligation.
Your rights
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations), and object to how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@kadriorganics.com.

Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Kadri Organics website and the purchase of our products. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
Products and pricing
All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Product descriptions, ingredients and images are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. Minor variations between product images and actual products (e.g. packaging updates) do not constitute a material misrepresentation.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed only after full payment has been received and verified. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
All sales are final once an order has been dispatched, except in the case of damaged, defective or incorrect items. Please review our Returns policy above for full details.
Use of this website
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content on this website without our written consent. You must not use the site in any way that could damage, disable or impair it.
Product use and health
Kadri products are cosmetic products, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Product claims are based on ingredient science and customer feedback, not clinical trials on Kadri-branded formulations. If you have a diagnosed medical condition affecting your hair or scalp, please consult a dermatologist before use.
Always perform a patch test before first use of any new product. If irritation, redness or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately and contact us.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including the Kadri Organics name, logo, product names, photography, copy and design — is the property of Kadri Organics and is protected under Kenyan and international intellectual property law. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kadri Organics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the value of the order in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the website after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
